Fruit

Holly and Ellen, my aunt, were making Fruit leather on Saturday. Here's a couple of quick snapshots of the apples and bananas before they met the blender.

Another Watercolor...

I ran the watercolor process on the below landscape. I also included the original I started with. I need to make a photoshop action out of this process so it doesn't take 3 hours. Again, they are best viewed big so click on them to get the bigger view. The picture is of the Spanish Fork Hot Springs.

Time to Paint

I'm still experimenting with different techniques and actions to apply to my photos. Here's my attempt at watercolor. Again, it's Brooke, Holly's niece. (click to enlarge it... it looks better) I'll try some landscape shots with this technique and post those when their done.

Weekend Update

Kind of a slow weekend. Here's a picture of Holly's niece. I've been experimenting with textures on my photos so here's my latest try.

Hardware Ranch

So on Monday Holly, her parents and I went up to Hardware Ranch near Hyrum Utah. They take you around on a little sleigh out to where 650 elk are wintering. It was pretty fun and I managed to get a few decent pictures.

Izzy loves the snow.
